Personally, I just use the normal maps from Xenius' mod. Don't use the body or hand textures because they are not compatible with CBBE (they are meant for the vanilla body only). If you don't mind a more obvious than usual seam, you can use the facial textures (diffuse, normal, and specular maps) from the Better Beast Races mod by Xenius.
You're better off sticking with Vanilla in that case.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any Argonian face textures.
